Kevin F. Forbes

Kevin F. Forbes, Ph.D., is the Founder of Energy and Environmental Data Science in Ireland. 

He has over 25 years of academic and consulting experience including modeling support to the Energy Information Administration in the United States.  He specializes in using quantitative methods to address diverse issues ranging from electricity load forecasting, the integration of solar and wind energies into the power grid, and the relationship between greenhouse gases and hourly weather outcomes. Based on  his patents, his current research focuses on estimating an algorithm to improve the operational performance of wind farms in both Great Britain and Ireland.
