Dhirendra Kumar

Dr. Dhirendra Kumar is a Research Scientist at the NCAS, University of Reading, where he leads the development of an open-source catastrophe model for European wind-flood risk and insurance losses. Currently, he is also contributing to the UK Centre for Greening Finance and Investment project, focused on understanding present and future climate risks across Europe, including their drivers and compounding effects across different timescales. Dr. Kumar's research aims to enhance our understanding of climate-related risks and facilitate informed decision-making in finance and investment sectors.
