Buwen Dong

Dr Buwen Dong is a principal research follow at the National Centre for Atmospheric Science, University of Reading. He has been working in the area of climate variability and climate change for more than 30 years and has been the PI or Co-I on a range of research topics. His research interests include understanding impacts of aerosol on local and global climate, extreme climate and weather events attribution, understanding the impact of Atlantic Ocean variability on climate in East Asian, and European summer climate variability and predictability, near term prediction of extreme changes over East Asia and Europe. He has published over 140 peer-reviewed scientific papers.
