Registration open for Student & Early Career Scientists Conference

Student & Early Career Scientists Conference 2022: Connect, Communicate, Collaborate

9 May 2022

The Royal Meteorological Society is pleased to announce that registration for this year’s Student & Early Career Scientists Annual Conference is now open!

Taking place on Monday 4 - Tuesday 5 July 2022, the annual conference provides an excellent opportunity for undergraduates, graduate students and early-career scientists to present their work in a friendly environment. There will be keynote speakers and poster sessions alongside a series of oral presentations.

The conference theme this year is ‘Connect, Communicate, Collaborate’, and the event is back in a physical venue so delegates can experience the conference with all the networking and socialising opportunities available. There will, however, still be an online presence for those who cannot attend in person.

The programme this year has several themes including topics on Tropics, Subtropics and Teleconnections to Communications, Industry and Applications. The full programme is available on the website.

There will be two keynote sessions across the two days that will focus on the Communications and Collaborations and Partnerships. Industry experts will take part and be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Delegate rates are available for both in- person and virtual attendance. Early Bird rates are available until Friday 3rd June, so don't delay and book your place today.
